1."I have just signed up for an ILoveThisBox subscription! What will I receive?"

Depending on the package you subscribed to, you will receive a beautifully packaged Box each month filled with 4-5 samples from luxury brands. Each box will be a different mix of beauty product types, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, body and hair products. All samples are generously sized, with sufficient quantity to allow you to explore & figure out what works best for you.

You’ll also want to take advantage of our blog, our Facebook and Twitter pages; which are packed with all the beauty information and tips you need, including expert interviews, helpful tutorials, and fun videos to ensure you get the most out of your monthly products. 

 

2."Will you tell me what is coming in my box ahead of time? Am I able to choose?"

The surprise is all part of the fun! That’s why we keep the products secret until you receive them. Still curious? Keep an eye on our growing list of brand partners to get an idea of who we have worked with and what we have featured in previous boxes.

3."Is the box customized? Will I love the products?"

Yes we do customize the boxes – that’s why filling out your Beauty Profile is so important! Some samples are sent to everyone – these products are chosen carefully to ensure that they’ll work for a wide range of styles, skin types, and colourings. Other samples are chosen specifically for your skin and beauty needs and style.

4."I am a woman of colour. Will ILoveThisBox fit my needs?"

We would never send you something that we know would not work with your beauty needs and skin tone, so we customize the boxes to make sure all the samples will work for you. In the case of colour makeup products, we typically choose trend-based products that work for many different skin tones.

5."Do you carry the brands I love?"

Current partners are listed on our brand page. We’re very excited to partner with the companies we know and love along with some new ones! Our list is growing quickly so if there is a brand you’d like to see included in ILoveThisBox, let us know by emailing us at support@Ilovethisbox.com.au

6."What if I don’t know what to do with my samples?"

We won’t leave you hanging - we promise! ILoveThisBox.com.au has all the detailed information on how to get the most out of your products.

As your boxes start to arrive you will find various interesting articles, how-to-videos, special interviews all designed to help you get to know your products and brands make the most out of your use of them. If you look in 'Monthly box' on this site you will find info on each product in that month's box. Also keep an eye on our Facebook, Twitter pages & blog. If you have a beauty question and can't find the answer, send us an email and we'll do what we can to get an answer.

ILoveThisBox would like to be your source for all things 'beauty'  – from interviews, to editor picks, pro tips, and how-to videos. However, if you fancy yourself as a bit of a pro with one of the products, why not upload a video to YouTube and post it on our Facebook wall to help your fellow LoveBox Girls and show them how it's done!

7."What if I don’t like the samples I receive?"

We really hope you dot! But if you don't, please let us know. Feedback is important to us and we promise to respond. In the meantime, pass the samples on to some lucky friends and family.

8."How much does an ILoveThisBox membership cost?"

Various subscription packages may be available from time to time.  Monthly membership costs 19.90 AUD a month and you can cancel or re-subscribe at any time. Annual membership costs 219 AUD and this is paid in full when you subscribe. You are not able to cancel an annual membership but you can transfer it to another recipient’s name and address at any time. For more information visit our "join now" page.

9."Do I have to order my box every month?"

No, your box will be automatically delivered to you each month, making it easy for you not to miss a single box - 

Monthly subscription: Your payment is set so that each month you will be automatically billed with the monthly fee.

Annual package: This is paid in full when you subscribe and there is no need to make further paymnets until your membership expires  one year later and you wish to continue it.

 

10."Are there any hidden fees?"

Nope – all you pay for is your subscription. Your subscription covers all shipping and handling fees associated with getting your monthly box couriered to you plus all the other benefits that comes with it. Lucky you!

11."When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?"

As soon as you subscribe (in your first month), payment will be charged for your chosen subscription. Thereafter, If you are on a monthly subscription plan, each month you will be automatically billed at the same time and you will be able to cancel it anytime (according to our terms and conditions). If you are on an annual Plan you will be charged every year.

Your first box will arrive on the following month around midmonth.

 

12."What types of payment methods do you accept?"

We are currently able to accept most credit cards and PayPal payments. 

13."When will my box be sent to me?"

Our boxes are like magazines — they arrive every month! Your box will be typically couriered to you around mid-month following your month of sign up, and every month thereafter as long as your membership is active.

Please note: There may be slightly longer wait in the first month you sign up, for instance, members must subscribe 1- 31^st Oct to receive the boxes despatched in mid Nov.  So if you sign up in early Oct you may have to wait up to 1,5 months as you will always receive by the mid of the following month. We know you’re excited to receive your first box and will always do everything possible to get your box to you as quickly as possible! 

14."Where do you deliver? "

We deliver nationwide to Australian residential and commercial addresses (preferable). As  our boxes are couriered using couriers, we require a signature on delivery and we’re therefore unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. When you sign up you will be able to see all the places where we deliver to. If you cannot find your area on this list, please contact us at support@ilovethisbox.com.au and we will se what we can do to in order to ensure you can receive a box.

15."Do I need to be present when the box is delivered?"

Your box arrives via courier. You don’t specifically need to be there but someone you trust needs to be present at the address to sign for you. This is why we recommend you use a business address, where possible.   If at any time you wish to track your box, please just click on Track and Trace, also found in your account to see where your box is.

16."I have not received my box. What must I do?"

Please double-check the address you have given us and that someone has been present to sign for your delivery. Then let us know at support@ilovethisbox.com.au if you haven’t received your box, we will look into it and respond as quickly as possible. 

 

17."What is your cancellation policy?"

Monthly members can cancel their membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time by simply logging in to your paypal account and cancelling the automatic payment profile.

If you already got this month's box you will be only able to cancel your subscription for the following month. 

Members that pre-pay for a full year of service are not eligible for cancellation, however they are able to change the shipping address and box recipient at any time. please see our full terms and condintions for more information.

18."What is your returns policy?"

We are unable to accept returns of  boxes irrespective of whether products have been used or not. We’re sure you will love your products but if for any reason you don’t, please give these to someone who will.  If you receive a box containing products that are damaged, please notify us at  support@ilovethisbox.com.au and return the box to us in it’s original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another box or refund you your monthly subscription fee.

19."How can I earn LovePoints?"

Too easy! 

Luckily, there are lots of ways to earn LovePoints:

• Sign up to a 1 month membership - earn 10 points (at registration time)
• Sign up to an annual membership - earn 110 points
• Complete a survey on one of your Box products - earn 20 points per survey
• Refer a friend - you earn 50 points per referred friend who becomes an ILoveThisBox member
• Blog about us, review our products and/or  YouTube us  - earn 30 points (just send us the link to support@ilovethisbox.com.au

So, if you sign up for a monthly membership (10pts) + refer 2 friends who join (100pts) + fill in 3 product surveys (60pts), you will get 170 points...

What can you do with your points?

Each 10 points = $1 you can redeem on our online shop so don't forget to use them when checking out (there is a special box in which you can redeem your LovePoints).
Please note there is a limit of points usage per purchase and it changes according to the products you buy.
